Christmas is still here!
On Saturday, December 18 our team of 28 people went on a 4 hours journey to Kotovsk, which is 260 km from Yuzhny.
It was fun and unforgetable. When we arrived with two busses in Kotovsk we found out that nobody at the orphanage wants to welcome us or see us at all. We were quite surprised and , of course, didn't have a thought to go back just like that. In sipte of all ahead of time arrangements the orphanage administration made clear to us that they are not going to give us any chance to do a Christmas program. We couldn't give up! So, after about half an hour waiting outside with the temperature below zero, we managed to get into a small corridor. Didn't loose hope! After some more time we were offered a 25 sq.m room. We tried to fit in there in different ways: standing, laing and many other possible and impossible ways. But the most important thing was that there is nothing impossible with the Lord! God is good and Powerful!

With the obvious sircumstances we ahd to visit children in two terms. Firts group was about 40 high school children that listen to our lecture against smoking and alcogol. The children enjoyed it very mcuh and took many usfull facts for themselvs
.JPG) Second part was the Christmas program for the younger ones. There were about 70 children for this event.
.JPG) While wating outside we didn't waste time: we were palying floorball! Orphanage kids and "Heritage" team!
We would like to express a special gratitude to Sergey Udovenko for financial support and the fruits for the children. Also, "Zolushka" store in Yuzhniy for providing the Christmas presents for the children!
